Refund if your item is not delivered or as described

Buyers can open a "Return and Refund" request with a seller 5-90 days after the order has been dispatched.
If the buyer and the seller cannot reach an agreement within 10 days, the case will automatically be escalated to LionExt Resolution Center.
LionExt Resolution Center will proactively mediate your dispute case and bring it to a swift conclusion.
LionExt will offer a full refund in the event of the following outcome(s):
You never received your item(s).
You package has arrived damaged.
You receive item(s) that are significantly different from what the seller advertised.

Buyer Protection after order confirmation

If your order is confirmed and the payment has been released to the seller, and you have still not received the item(s) or have problems with the item(s) you received, you will still have 30 days to open an after-sale dispute with LionExt if you have not reached a solution with the seller.

LionExt will help you negotiate with the seller, however, special items such as Wedding Dresses, Underwear, Wigs, Jewelry as well as custom made item(s) and items that have been used or damaged cannot be returned. If you have received this kind of item(s), you will need to open a dispute within 7 days of receiving it, otherwise, your case will be declined.
