Technologies Used


We may use tracking pixels/web beacons, cookies, and or other technologies to receive and store certain types of information. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, Internet Service Provider (ISP), operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This information helps us customize your website experience and make our marketing messages more relevant. It also allows us to provide features such as storage of items in your cart between visits. This includes our content presented on other websites or mobile applications. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER PRIVACY

  • Lionextis subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
  • For most non-US transactions, we have partnered with third-party companies (“Vendors”) that we have selected to help us facilitate international transactions. We work closely with these Vendors to ensure that your transaction is handled with care and all the information you provide is secure.
  • In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield or the Swiss-US Privacy Shield,
  • Lionext is potentially liable.
  • As an international customer, when you click on the checkout button, you will be redirected to a checkout page hosted by a Vendor to complete your order. On the checkout page, you will be required to select a method of payment and submit your credit card and other information to such Vendor to complete your order. On the checkout page, you will be presented with the Vendor’s terms and conditions which you must agree to in order to complete your order.
  • Upon completion and approval of your order by such Vendor, the Vendor will notify us of the approval and we will process your order and cause it to be shipped directly to the Vendor. In this process, the Vendor will purchase those items in your order from us, thereby taking title to the items, bill your credit card, collect and remit any duties and taxes to the appropriate taxing authority (if applicable), and arrange for the delivery of your order. In this process, the Vendor makes the sale to you as the merchant of record, but we are legally obligated to deliver your order as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Such Vendors must agree, via contract, to provide adequate protections for the Personal Data that are no less protective than those set out in this Policy.
  • If you have questions about your order, you should direct them to us and not to the Vendor.
  • The Vendors may give you the opportunity to receive marketing messages from them, in which case you should refer to their terms and conditions for details about how they use your information.
  • Any information you provide us is controlled and processed by Lionext.com, Inc., 799 W. Coliseum Way, Midvale, Utah 84047, USA or its suppliers (where indicated herein). As mentioned herein, your information provided at checkout will be controlled and processed by a Vendor.
  • We comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. We have certified to the Department of Commerce that we adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.   • Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.

  • If you are located within the European Union, we have committed to cooperate with EU data protection regulators with regard to unresolved complaints concerning this Privacy Policy. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, you may contact your local data protection regulator for more information or to file a complaint.
  • We have further committed to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please contact the EU DPAs for more information or to file a complaint.
